Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days after recieving of the sold material to the costomer. If 5 days have passed since you revieved purchase material, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer to: ECOVATIVE PVT LTD Near Bus Station, Babra, District Amreli Gujarat, Pin-365421 only after sending email to : sales@dharakalp.com  with reasons for return.

Return Policy:

We accept requests for returns due. Return requests will only be considered if your order is misplaced. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within  5 days of delivery before sending the order back to us. Please include images of received items if your order has been misplaced. If your return request is approved, you must send the items in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Ecovative ( OPC ) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject a request for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@dharakalp.com} and send your item to: { ECOVATIVE PVT LTD Near Bus Station, Babra, District Amreli Gujarat, Pin-365421 .}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Ecovative (OPC) Pvt Ltd, Near Bus Station, Babra, Amreli, Gujarat, Pin-365421}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order for some reason, you can request a cancellation by contacting us with the details of your order. Cancellation request will only be processed if the order has not been dispatched from our side. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment. Please note that a cancellation request does not guarantee the cancellation of your order. For security reasons, we require you to contact us through the mobile number or email address used while ordering. Ecovative (OPC ) Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to reject a request for cancellation.
